Chea: Driving Excellence as Project Leader
Chea embodies the spirit of perseverance and professional growth in her role as Project Leader. Managing complex weaving projects requires a sharp eye for detail—a skill she also applies to our hydroponic vegetable projects. By overseeing both artisan production and community agriculture, Chea bridges the gap between heritage and food security. Her role is essential to our mission; her ability to adapt to new challenges and lead her team through intricate production phases is what allows KCC to empower women in more ways than one.

Neath: Empowering the Next Generation as Trainer
As our lead Trainer, Neath’s dedication goes far beyond the loom. She is a master of her craft who has taken on the essential responsibility of passing down her weaving skills to others. Beyond traditional textiles, Neath has embraced innovation by mastering hydroponic farming, proving her versatility and commitment to climate-smart solutions. Her role is vital to KCC because she ensures that traditional knowledge and modern sustainability grow side-by-side. Her eagerness to learn and teach makes her a dynamic leader who keeps our community evolving.
